Muay Thai Itinerary This is only a sample Itinerary of what your fitness holiday will look like. When you arrive in Phuket, Thailand, we will be at the airport to pick you up and get you to the hotel/guest house in time to unpack and have a look around. We will all get together for a welcome dinner. Each day you have your meals at the hotel or restaurant that we will show you in Kata, Karon, and Chalong, as well as Rawai.
The gym has air-conditioning and is open to us seven days a week. Outdoor cardio will be done in the morning, when it is not to hot. For cardio other then running or power walking, we have a 1 km swim marked off.

According to these inscriptions, the theoretical basis of Thai massage is energy lines, of which the major ten are called "Sen". Important acupressure points are located on these lines which run through the body and working on them will help to remove blockages of energy flow.
